Welcome to Year Five! 

Class 11 teacher is Ms Ali Brackenridge. 

Class 12 teachers are Mr Toby West (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) and Mrs Lisa Tuck (Thursday and Friday).

We also have the wonderful Mrs Leanne Howard, Mrs Jo Launchbury and Mrs Ashley Slater supporting us across the week.

On 27th February 2025, we were lucky enough to have the amazing Mr Innes visit us in school.  We watch his videos to learn French. French for Kids!

Key information:

• Reading Records need to be brought into school every Monday, including at least one comment from the adult that the child has been reading with. 

• Times Table Rockstars should be used regularly and will be monitored weekly on a Tuesday.  

• Education City homework is set on a Friday, due to be completed by following Friday.

• Spelling and times tables tests take place every Friday for the first three terms, then just spellings for the final three terms.  Spelling lists and times tables for each term are posted below.

• P.E kits. should be in school all week. Class 11 have P.E. on Mondays and Fridays. Class 12 have P.E. on Mondays and Wednesdays.

• Art aprons (or an old, large tee shirt) are also useful to have in school.

• Please make sure that your water bottle is filled up before school and brought in every day.

• Please make sure that you have a morning snack of either a piece of fruit or vegetable.
