SEN Specialist Expertise
Our Inclusion Manager is Ms Mel Carruthers, she holds a degree in teaching qualification a headship qualification and the NASENCO award (a statutory requirement for all SENCOs in a mainstream school or academy). One of
our Year 1 teachers also holds the NASENCO award.
All staff have undertaken a range of training in many SEN areas including but not limited to: Autism, cognition and learning, Zones of Regulation, speech and language, Oxfordshire ordinarily available toolkit and attachment training
