Dandelions are the official flower of the military child, symbolising the strength and resilience of children who grow and thrive wherever military life takes them. On Dandelion Day we invite everyone to show their support for military children by wearing a splash of yellow, whether that’s yellow socks, a hair scrunchie, a T-shirt or any bright accessory.
