ADVICE IF YOUR CHILD IS UNWELL
If your child is unwell and will not be attending school or nursery, please could you contact us as soon as possible so that we can record this on the attendance register.
There are many childhood illnesses that can easily spread in schools and affect other children and adults, some of whom may be medically vulnerable, so it is really important that you check first if they are well enough to attend. If you are not sure what your child's symptoms mean or if you need advice on whether they should attend school, please speak to us or check the NHS website - 'Is my child too ill for school' https://www.nhs.uk/live-well/is-my-child-too-ill-for-school/
If your child has an upset tummy and has diarrhoea or vomitting, you must keep them off school until they are clear of symptoms for at least 2 days.
