FUN KIDS CLUB

Dunmore's Breakfast and After School Club, known as the Fun Kid's Club (FKC) is available for any Dunmore child (Aged 2 to 11) to attend, subject to availability of places. The Breakfast Club runs from 7.45am to 8.50 am, the After School Club from 3.10pm to 5.45pm.

Fun Kids Club is a very popular term-time before and after school childcare service for parents. It provides children with flexible opportunities for play, activities and relaxation in a safe and friendly environment. The emphasis is on leisure activities rather than an extension of the normal school day. The club is managed by Nicola Dixey and a team of staff all employed by the school. The club also runs holiday activity weeks during the Easter and Summer holidays.

Nursery (2 and 3 year olds) and Reception age children are based in the ‘Ark’ which is in the Early Years area of school and children in Year 1 to Year 6 are based in the FKC building across the pathway.

There are two sessions for both the Breakfast Club and After School Clubs:

Breakfast Club times and charges per session are:

7.45am – school start - £4.80 (with breakfast)

8.15am – school start - £2.40

After School Club charges per session are:

School end - 4.30pm - £6.00 (£5.00 for siblings attending same session)

School end – 5.45pm - £9.60 (£8.60 for siblings attending same session)

Booking Procedure

Places are booked in advance each half term.  A list of future dates booking forms will be available for the academic year is shown on the under 'Booking Forms.  It is important that you look at this list as each form is issued on a certain date and has a deadline for return.  They are also sent via Parentmail for those parents using the system. Forms can be completed and either handed in to the school reception or e-mailed to - tina.law@dunmore.oxon.sch.uk. If your child has not attended before you must also complete a registration form (available in the school reception or on the website under ‘Booking Forms’).

Bookings for FKC are taken on a 'first come, first served' basis, so it is very important that you complete a form for each term and return it as soon as possible even if your child(ren) have attended regularly before.
